Just Great!, January 28, 2012 By This review is from: Laptop Cart Desk Podium (Office Product) My review includes details that may answer many questions. I purchased mine 10 months ago. Though inexpensive, it has practical features that exceeded my expectations.
Perhaps a more descriptive title would be: "Versatile Laptop Cart, Podium, Lectern: with Shelves and Lockable Wheels by Techni Mobili. Note: this product is listed on several product pages- some with free shipping- keeping searching if that's important.
* The cart seems thoughtfully designed, the instructions clear, and assembly simple enough.
Note: it seems the screw holes are unfinished so the threads will have more material to grip and not strip them out.
* Having shelves is pretty cool. I've filled them with 45 lb. of books with another 15 lb. on the top shelf. That shelf is about 22" x 15." The one with the coffee cup is 12" deep, 14" at its widest point, with 9" between the extension knobs. The bottom shelf is 11" x 8" and the one above that: 8" x 8"
